Digestion, stress and balance from the abdomen
The abdomen is where stress settles before the mind even notices — slow digestion, a tight diaphragm, that constant knotted feeling. This session works directly at that centre. Through deep abdominal massage, we release tension held in the organs and surrounding tissue, improving digestion, breathing and the overall state of the nervous system.
How do you feel afterwards? A freer abdomen, deeper breath, and a calm that spreads through the whole body. Surprisingly powerful for something so localised.
I work with deep yet gentle pressure on the abdominal area following the principles of Chi Nei Tsang, a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that treats the organs as a living, interconnected system. I combine therapeutic touch with healing sounds to help each organ find its natural rhythm again and, in specific cases and with your consent, acupuncture.
