Movement to stretch your limits
For me, this practice is a sacred dance between therapist and receiver. Thai massage takes place on a futon, in comfortable clothing, allowing us to explore your body's potential through deep stretches, pressure and rhythmic mobilizations. It's what we often call "assisted yoga".
My intention is to accompany your body as it recovers the spaces that stress or effort have gradually closed off. Working along the energy lines (Sen), we don't only unblock vital flow — we stretch muscle chains as a whole, preparing your body to be the vehicle that lets you release your full potential.
