Mobility, flexibility and renewed energy
If your body feels stiff, heavy or drained of energy — if it's been a while since you had a proper stretch — this session is made for you. Through deep assisted stretching, pressure and rhythmic mobilisations, we work to give your joints and muscles back the space that stress and routine have slowly taken away.
How do you feel afterwards? Lighter and more agile, joints freed, and the satisfaction of having stretched everything you'd been holding tight for too long. This isn't passive massage — it's conscious movement that transforms.
I work along the body's Sen energy lines, combining deep assisted stretches, intense pressure with hands, elbows and feet, and rhythmic mobilisations. Often called assisted yoga.
